MONTCLAIR — After contracting the illness twice in three years, Heather Kopsco knows plenty about Lyme disease. The Montclair State University graduate student was first diagnosed with the debilitating illness in 2011, probably after getting a tick bite during a summer spent in Cape Cod and New Jersey.
