The Northeast Florida Lyme Association is a nonprofit 501(3) (c) whose mission is “to improve the prevention, diagnosis, and successful treatment of Lyme and related vector borne disease through education of the public and healthcare providers and support of scientific research.”
This unit offers plenty of professional knowledge and experience that include consulting, marketing, business management, fundraising and community work. Together they are a great combination creating a resolute force. You will read on their website as a group there is a wealth of medical knowledge and technical experience as well acquired through experience and education. They each have very personal reasons in reaching their mission because they are devoted friends, parents, husbands, wives, and advocates striving to make a difference.
