PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. — Lyme disease gets all of the attention but there are other tick-borne diseases lurking about. So far this year in Prince William County, there have been four confirmed cases of Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, said David Gaines, the state public health entomologist.
