JPMorgan’s Misfortune Could Be Our Deliverance!

thumbnailCAJHSDRAJPMorgan’s Misfortune Could be Our Deliverance!

Seeing all the news about JPMorgan and how they think Lyme Disease and her being out sick was the major reason for their downfall is probably what we needed in the media. In JPMorgan exec’s Lyme infection spotlights need for quick treatment, by Linda Carroll, it suggests that this may bring about change for the Lyme Community. I certainly hope so!

Just look back and see all the years that many that continue to battle with Lyme Disease and its debilitating symptoms that have been so diligently trying to get the testing and treatment for this disease changed for the better. For so long the IDSA has been able to get away with pulling the wool over the public’s eye. They and the majority of the medical community have been telling many that it is all in their heads and that Lyme Disease cannot become chronic. Yeah right!!!

Even despite all the medical evidence that the bacteria that causes Lyme can persist after the initial stated treatment guidelines, the IDSA has been able to bypass procedures and rules in getting these guidelines that are offered by the CDC and many doctors follow. They have been able to break the rules. They have been able to bend the truth as they see fit. You need evidence, Lyme Policy Wonk and Hard Science on Lyme has been supplying evidence and studies upon studies for years, and I’d definitely take the time to read her blogs at LymeDisease.org. She lists plenty of sources of great information.  (Not to mention all the organizations and bloggers across the world that are also doing what they can to spread the word, just look at all those on this site in particular that I have highlighted.)

I feel so badly for what is going on with JPMorgan and Drew and what happened with her and Lyme Disease but I cannot lie that I hope this brings about some positive change in the ongoing “Lyme Wars.” It is time to forget who is right and who is wrong, who will end up having egg on their face. It is time to do what is best for the patients. It is time to update testing procedures. It is time to have treatment available based upon the individual’s needs. It is time to find a cure!

I sincerely hope that those that have great influence will take a step forward and help a large majority of society that has been screaming to be heard. This is not something that will go away. I feel it will only get worse. Please help those that cannot get the necessary treatment. Please help those that have lost all hope for a cure. Please help those that need the funds to get the treatment they deserve.

Please, I ask those of you that have the power and influence to help out a group that has been neglected for far too long!!!

Please take the time to comment on all those JPMorgan articles, it could make a difference.
