WESTPORT, Conn. – The fifth annual Walk/Run to Bite Back For a Cure on behalf of the Tick-Borne Disease Alliance will be held April 7 at Sherwood Island State Park in Westport. The event will raise funds to help fight Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses. Registration and check in will begin at 9:30 am. The event includes a 5K and 10K run, as well as walks of 1.5 and three miles within the park. The races begin at 11 a.m. The walks begin at 11:15.   Read more.
