RunLymeLifeWithin these groups across the United States and other countries, there are fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and so forth. As Dr. Jemsek states, “sooner or later” your family will be affected by this growing disease and you, too, will be trying to make a difference.

“In the Lymelight” ~ Run for Your Lyme Life 5K

Alicia Ward and Chris Kemp are parents, friends, volunteers, daughter, son, and entrepreneurs. This was the first year for the Run for Your Lyme Life 5K. Alicia and Chris were the race directors and had a good turnout this year. There hope is that this will be an annual event and next year will bring even more participants. The motto for the race this year: “Bite Back and Help Fight Lyme Disease!”

As volunteers in the past for school fundraisers Alicia and Chris’ children were friends and that is how they met.

Alicia has been affected personally by Lyme Disease and attributes unconventional medicine, mainly herbs, to one of her children’s now doing well. They both have the love in herbs and how they can assist you in good health. Chris hopes his “knowledge … may not only help my own family, but can, when called upon, help others in their time of need.
