Florida: Rally Against Lyme Ignorance

Within these groups of individuals across the United States and other countries, there are fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and so forth. As Dr. Jemsek states, “sooner or later” your family will be affected by this growing disease and you, too, will be trying to make a difference.

“In the Lymelight” ~ Rally Against Lyme Ignorance

Allison is a mother, daughter, leader, warrior, friend, activist, advocate, and cheerleader who is determined to spread awareness and education about Lyme Disease. In her quest, she had led others to rally with her in Lime Green Ribbons Across America and in Orlando in protest to an article she read in the Orlando Sentinel. She is also the creator of Rally Against Lyme Ignorance.

This May she has her sights set on a huge showing for Lyme Awareness month. “There’s been enough bashing of Lyme patients. We’ve got to stand up for ourselves.”
